Who are Max and Minka?

This somewhat mysterious and very musical accordion duo specializes in Eastern European music, including the sounds of Greece, Turkey, Bulgaria, the Roma, Jews, Baklava and the Dust Bowl. They are available for weddings, parties, dances, art openings, revolutions and similar events in the New York area and the San Francisco area and could be convinced to travel to the far reaches of the world including the Midwest and beyond.

See Some Recent Pitchers

Evidence found in a big yellow dumpster outside of 2754 El M_____ Dr., El Cerrito, California when Minka said, "Look, Max, a large trunk!" as Max and Minka were driving by in the Bear Brown, a 1980's model Honda Civic Wagon, which later could be seen filled to the hilt with things like trunks and suitcases and blenders and curtains and old radios and walkie-talkies and lots and lots of old books. (Warning: these are pretty big pitchers, so you may have to wait just a bit).
